Dominic Walker has established himself as a prominent jazz guitarist in Tampa, where he has played for the last decade, gathering great friends and drinking complimentary local beer. Growing up as a long-haired hippie rocker, he enjoys incorporating great songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s into his jazz repertoire. Dom recently celebrated the two-year anniversary of his Tampa-based jazz series Friday Night Jazz series at DI CoffeeBar, transforming the joint into one of the hippest jazz spots in Tampa, featuring local giants like Jack Wilkins, Bryan Hughes, Allison Nash, John O’Leary, Paul Gavin, Jeremy Carter, James Suggs, and many more.
